1. To initiate a return, kindly include a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for returning the items.

2. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise using a traceable delivery method, such as a courier or registered post, at their own expense to our address.

3. Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
